Returns

If you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 1 months for an exchange or refund as long as the product has been unused and is in original packing. Please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Fill in the returns form included in your parcel noting whether you would like an exchange or refund. There is no need to call us.
  2. Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging).
  3. Goods are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non–refundable.

If you received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge for refunds). Please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Please call us on within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without note stating the fault.
  3. Item must be returned within 14 days.

We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel.

Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.

We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.

How to pay

If you already enjoy 30 day terms then we are happy for the status quo to continue. However, for new customers payment must be made before orders are dispatched.

Payment should be made through our website on google checkout or by cheque made payable to with love aspire.

Order Quantities

We are happy for all items to sold in single items.

Carriage

U.K– Carriage paid orders are £250, orders under this amount will incur a £12 p&p charge.

N Ireland/ Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland – carriage paid £300 orders under this amount will incur a £20 fee.

Returns

Shortage of goods must be informed immediately, damaged goods must be returned within 7 days.

With Love Aspire reserves the right to either replace faulty goods or supply a credit note.

Postage will be reimbursed to the maximum of £5 per season. Credit notes must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.

Colour Variation

With Love Aspire product are hand made and as such may vary slightly and have minor blemishes in the silk. This should be considered as of the charm of a hand made product and not a flaw.
